Job summary

Bitforma is seeking a full-time Architect to join our Patna studio. You will develop architectural concepts, prepare drawings and models, and coordinate designs from concept through detailed design and execution on-site in Patna.

You will collaborate with interior designers and visualization specialists, prepare construction documentation, and ensure adherence to client requirements, budgets, and codes. Regular site visits and client meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong architectural design skills with concept development and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
• Experience with construction documentation and building codes.
• Ability to coordinate with interior, visualization, and execution teams.
• Excellent visual communication skills for drawings and presentations.
• Strong time management and attention to detail for project delivery.
• On-site Patna work with regular site visits and client interactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and models, and coordinating designs from early concept through detailed design and execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with interior designers and visualization specialists, preparing construction documentation, and ensuring that designs align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards. The role involves regular site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project progress to maintain design integrity and quality. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, contribute to design presentations, and support continuous improvement of studio processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interior design, visualization, and execution teams.
• Experience with construction documentation, building codes, local regulations, and coordination with site teams.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, building systems, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent visual communication skills, including preparing drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Strong project management capabilities, such as time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects; experience in turnkey execution is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and conduct regular site visits as required.
