Job summary

Vastu Srajan, based in Lucknow, seeks a full-time on-site Architect to lead design concepts and coordinate with consultants across structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.

You will develop architectural drawings, conduct site visits, and collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and regulatory compliance. A degree in architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of timelines.
• Knowledge of integration between architectural design and structural, services, and interior systems.
• Familiarity with software development concepts is a plus for workflow automation, design tools, or digital collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and presentation tools.
• Understanding of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow.
