Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks an Architect for the Ghatkopar area. You will create design concepts, prepare detailed plans, and present ideas to clients for approval.

You will also produce working drawings and assist in schedules, specs and budgets, coordinating with construction teams to meet deadlines. Candidates should have B.Arch or GD Arch (Diploma also acceptable) and 0–4 years of experience, with strong software skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of work experience is required.
• Must possess architecture degrees (B.Arch, GD Arch or Diploma in Architecture).
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for Architect for Ghatkopar (Mumbai) Location

Role & responsibilities

• Create design concept and detailed plans for the project.
• Present design concept to client for approval.
• Make working drawings and details.
• Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification and budget for the project.
• Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified desig

Preferred candidate profile

• Good hands on work experience on software like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape; is must.
• 0 to 4 years of work experience required.
• Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Arch, GD Arch)
• Candidates with M Arch may not apply.
• Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes.
• Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
