Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural practice, with exposure to large-scale healthcare or institutional projects.
• Proven experience leading project teams through multiple phases of design and construction.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• LEED, EDAC, WELL or other sustainability accreditation is a plus.
• Extensive experience in construction administration, site coordination, and consultant management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and coordination of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration.

• Prepare, organize, and review architectural drawings, BIM models, specifications, and construction documentation.
