The Senior Architect will lead architectural design, coordination, and execution for residential and redevelopment projects from concept through completion. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure design intent, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages through execution.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation materials.
• Manage municipal submissions, approvals, and compliance documentation in accordance with BMC / DC Regulations and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape consultants, and other specialists to ensure integrated and buildable design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and oversee drawing quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, resolve design and coordination issues, and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
• Participate in value engineering, material selection, specification finalization, and BOQ reviews in coordination with project and commercial teams.
• Support client presentations, authority meetings, sales drawings, and marketing collateral development as required.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including drawings, revisions, approvals, correspondence, and design records.
• Prepare design status reports, site observation notes, and coordination updates for management review.
• Ensure accurate, timely updating of drawings, approvals, revisions, and project milestones in ERP / CRM or internal project management systems.
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks through proper documentation and record availability.
