Job summary

Nextspacestudio in Mohali, India is seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to develop concepts, produce drawings, and create 3D visualisations.

You will coordinate with clients and site teams, conduct site visits, and research climate-responsive materials to deliver sustainable design solutions. A portfolio showcasing design thinking and technical drawing is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software; Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and materials.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Interest in sustainable architecture and climate-responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical drawing.

Preferred candidate profile
