Job summary

Manju Constructions in India is seeking an architectural professional to develop residential project designs from concept through construction. You will create architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications, and coordinate with clients and engineers to ensure design intent and standards are met.

You will also prepare 3D renderings and drawings, conduct site visits to verify progress, and integrate client feedback while managing revisions and documentation to support

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, working drawings, and technical specifications for residential projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed layouts, and construction details, based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify dimensions and workmanship, and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, design intent, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, structural engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve design, technical, and site-related issues effectively.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, architectural renderings, presentations, and visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Review construction drawings and site conditions, identify discrepancies, and provide practical design solutions to support smooth project execution.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, detailing, and design development while considering aesthetics, functionality, constructability, and project budget.
• Incorporate client feedback and project requirements into design revisions while maintaining consistency with the overall architectural concept.
• Coordinate design changes and revisions with project teams to minimize execution delays and ensure accurate implementation at site.
• Ensure all design deliverables are accurate, technically sound, and completed within agreed project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, specifications, presentations, and other project documentation throughout the design and construction process.
• Support the successful delivery of residential projects from initial concept and design development through construction and final completion.
