Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Camunda 8 Specialist with 5+ years to architect and implement automated processes using Camunda 8 Core, Zeebe, Operate and Tasklist. You will design scalable BPMN-based solutions and integrate with data stores like Elasticsearch.

The role requires strong Java expertise (11+), Spring Boot, and experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS). You will also work with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Camunda 8 experience with Zeebe, Operate and Tasklist.
• Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot proficiency.
• Experience integrating with Elasticsearch and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Proficient in designing RESTful services and gRPC interfaces.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of FEEL for data mapping and gateway logic is a plus.

We are looking for a Camunda 8 Specialist with at least 5+ years of experience to build our next generation of automated processes.

• Camunda 8 Core: Hands-on experience with Zeebe, Operate, and Tasklist. Understanding of the exporting mechanism to Elasticsearch.
• Modern Java: Strong experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot, specifically using the spring-zeebe SDK.
• Messaging & Events: Deep understanding of asynchronous patterns using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
• API Design: Expertise in gRPC (used by Zeebe) and RESTful service integration.
• DevOps/Cloud: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data Expressions: Proficiency in FEEL (Friendly Enough Expression Language) for data mapping and gateway logic.
