Role Description

The Architect will work full time on-site at SAKA Studio’s Gurgaon location, collaborating closely with the design team and project stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring designs respond to site conditions and client needs. The role involves participation in design reviews, material selection, and refinement of details to maintain the studio’s standards of excellence. The Architect will also support project planning, monitor progress, and contribute to the integration of design solutions across different project phases, from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural foundation, including Architecture and Architectural Design skills.
• Experience with project coordination and oversight, including Project Management capabilities.
• Ability to work on integration of design solutions with technical and construction requirements, including Integration skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and workflows; Software Development exposure or understanding of digital design processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) and visualization tools.
• Accredited degree in Architecture and eligibility for professional registration as per local regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and consultants.
• Attention to detail, sensitivity to materials and context, and a portfolio demonstrating innovative, thoughtful design work.
