The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and integrating sustainable practices. Qualifications

• Experience in designing coworking or commercial spaces with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate client needs into feasible layouts and drawings.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple stakeholders (contractors, engineers, internal teams).
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building regulations relevant to interiors.
• Strong attention to detail in space planning, documentation, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.
• Collaborate with QS and Procurement for Additional Costing to Client.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
