Job Summary

BHIVE Workspace is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to conceptualize and deliver design solutions for workspace projects, ensuring that visual elements align with client expectations and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and project-focused graphics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project-Specific Design:
   1. Create design concepts and visual elements for workspace projects, including layouts, branding, and signage.
   2. Develop mood boards, renderings, and presentation materials for client pitches and internal reviews.
2. Collaboration with the Projects Team:
   1. Work alongside architects, project managers, and interior designers to align graphic designs with project goals.
   2. Adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
3. Brand Integration:
   1. Ensure all design work adheres to BHIVE Workspace’s branding standards and design philosophy while meeting client-specific needs.
   2. Design custom graphics, patterns, or illustrations that enhance project aesthetics.
4. Visualization and Communication:
   1. Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, infographics, and technical details to support project proposals.
   2. Create engaging presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
5. Documentation and Coordination:
   1. Maintain detailed documentation of design iterations and final outputs.
   2. Coordinate with external vendors for print and production of project-related materials.
