Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with hands-on expertise across the RSA Archer platform. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Archer configurations, customizations, integrations, and Next Gen UI capabilities.

You will collaborate with risk, compliance, audit and IT teams to deliver scalable GRC solutions, build Archer API integrations, support upgrades, and ensure best practices, security standards and performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data model.
• Proven experience with Archer configurations, Custom Object development and Archer REST APIs and integrations.
• Solid hands-on exposure to Archer Next Gen UI and its features.
• Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases (e.g., RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications including core and custom use cases.
• Perform end-to-end Archer configurations (fields, records, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, calculations, data feeds, reports).
• Develop and support Custom Objects and complex data models within Archer.
• Build and maintain Archer API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Archer Next Gen UI to improve usability and performance.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot Archer-related issues across Dev/QA/Prod environments.
• Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Archer best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

• Work extensively with Archer Next Generation UI, leveraging its features for improved usability and performance.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer‑related issues across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Archer best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
• Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience as an Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data model.

  • All major Archer configurations
  • Custom Object development
  • Archer REST APIs and integrations
• Solid hands‑on exposure to Archer Next Gen UI and its features.
• Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases (e.g., RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance‑tuning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Archer with platforms such as Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of GRC processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Archer upgrades, data migrations, and environment management.
• Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments.
