We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Software Senior Engineer with proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex React based enterprise applications and excellent debugging skills. Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy & support features for Archer product using Microsoft Stack
• Develop software application features that adheres to designed to support Business and Customer Requirements
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, user experience, and QA to deliver well thought out, high quality features
• Generate documentation, including functional and technical specifications
• Perform code, design, and unit test reviews

Experience and Skills Needed

Required Skills

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Web Application Development
• Hands on expertise with building applications/features using C#, .NET Framework, or .NET Core
• Good experience with SQL Server and backend Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes.
• Must be a quick learner and should keep pace with technologies
• Good understanding of Restful Service and API Development
• Analyze and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and data processing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving application logic, data quality, and database performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
