Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced RSA Archer specialist to configure and customize Archer applications, workflows, and data feeds for enterprise risk and compliance management.

You will integrate Archer with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, build dashboards and reports, and provide ongoing platform support, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Job description

• Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows). Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports. Customize modules such as:
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Regulatory & Compliance Management.
• Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations.
• Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Integrate RSA Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases). Automate recurring processes using Archer job engine and event-based workflows.
• Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics. Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine. Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
• Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.Hands-on with:
