You will analyze EOBs, manage claims status, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, while meeting daily productivity targets and HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in US healthcare AR calling, with experience in physician or hospital billing, denials management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare AR calling.
• Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Denials Management, Appeals, and Insurance Follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
• Immediate to 60 days notice period preferred.
