Qualifications

As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing consulting services that streamline processes and enhance productivity. What You Must Have

• Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
• Minimum 6+ Months to 3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
• Understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)

What Sets You Apart
