Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist to partner with clients and optimize revenue cycle management. You will analyze client needs, develop strategies for operational efficiency, and apply billing and EHR expertise to streamline processes.

In this role you’ll work with global teams across healthcare finance, perform in-depth operational analyses, and support project initiatives with lean thinking and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• 0–3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and basic software tools.

As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your specialized skills to provide consulting services that drive business performance and operational excellence. As a Specialist, you will provide technical knowledge and conduct in‑depth analyses to support specific projects, adapting to a fast‑paced environment and consistently delivering quality work that adds value to our clients and contributes to team success.

What You Must Have

• Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
• 0 to 3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Proficiency in using billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)

What Sets You Apart

• Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
• Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
• Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
• Identifying and resolving payment delays
