Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree from a recognized university
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Oral and written proficiency in English; able to work night shifts in US time zone

As a AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist you will support revenue cycle activities through detailed calling, account follow-up, and issue resolution within our Managed Services practice. As a Specialist you will provide technical know-how, handle detailed tasks, and conduct in-depth analysis while supporting specific projects and contributing to a team environment. In this role at PwC, you will manage account activity, track payment status, document outcomes, and apply your knowledge of revenue cycle processes to help improve day-to-day operations for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically in accounts receivable follow-up and collections

What You Must Have

• Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in

any discipline from a recognized university/institution

• Min 6 months to 3 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required


• Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)

What Sets You Apart

• Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)


• Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms


• Experience with Epic HB or PB systems


• Excelling in documentation and reporting


• Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
