Credense Medical Billing is seeking a diligent Claims Follow-Up Specialist in Hyderabad, India. You will make outbound calls to insurers, track status, and escalate complex cases as needed, ensuring accurate documentation in the billing system.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurers to follow up on pending claims.
• Track claim status, resolve denials/underpayments, and ensure timely collections.
• Escalate unresolved or complex claims to SME/Team Lead.
• Document all call outcomes and payer responses in the billing system.
• Collaborate with internal billing team to submit corrected claims and appeals.
• Meet daily/weekly call productivity and quality targets.
• Stay updated on payer guidelines, claim regulations, and AR processes.
