Techgen Cyber Solution seeks a detail-oriented Apps & Web Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile and web applications. You will test applications across platforms, identify functional and UI/UX issues, and help deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for web and mobile platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, UI, regression, performance).
• Identify, report, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Ensure compatibility across devices, browsers, and OS versions.
• Maintain testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in software testing for web and/or mobile apps.
• Proficiency in manual testing; familiarity with tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles and version control (e.g., Git).
