Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS, email, networking, and collaboration issues.
• Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and incident logging in ticketing tools.
• Escalate issues as needed and maintain service status updates.
• Maintain software licenses and hardware inventory records.
• Meet SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues.

As an Intern at Kyndryl, your journey will start with immersive learning programs focused on building a core set of business and technical skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our clients. While gaining exposure to day‑to‑day operations, the skills that you’ll learn will be requiredfor the development ofcutting‑edgeproducts and services for ourclients. What you will do

Employees hired for a pre-professional/professional assignment while enrolled at a university/educational institution, or just after completion of qualification, and work for Kyndryl as part of the apprentice program

We are hiring a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to Business

The role focuses on quick problem determination, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service within defined SLAs.

Deliver Level 1 support for hardware, software, and services as per contract.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OS, Email (Outlook/Exchange/Lotus), Networking

(VPN/Connectivity), O365, VMware, and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Slack).

Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and incident logging in ticketing tools.

Escalate issues to appropriate teams while acting as the client’s advocate.

Manage service outages and update status messages.

Maintain software license and hardware inventory records.

Meet SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs with high customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal & written English communication

Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, O365, VMware, Networking, Internet Security, and

Collaboration tools

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems

Multilingual ability is a plus

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

BCA and BSc.(Computer Science and Circuit branches), B Com with a minimum of 1 computer course , strong understanding of IT fundamentals
(Diploma CS/ IT + Degree)
