About the Role

YES BANK is looking for MBA Freshers to support its Commercial Credit Cards business. The role offers handson exposure in corporate client education, spend management, account growth, and coordination with internal teams. This apprenticeship provides practical learning and realtime experience in managing commercial card solutions for corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Educate Corporate Clients

• Explain commercial card features, spend controls, limits, and approval workflows.
• Guide clients on working capital benefits, process efficiencies, and digital tools available for card management.

2. Upselling & CrossSelling Opportunities

• Identify potential areas where additional commercial card products can be offered.
• Recommend upgraded solutions to enhance customer usage and wallet share.

3. Account Planning & Growth

• Prepare basic account plans focusing on customer lifetime value.
• Support account managers in strategies that improve wallet share and portfolio growth.

4. Coordination & Issue Resolution

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, IT, risk, product) for new implementation and onboarding.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and improve overall service experience.

5. Market & Customer Insights

• Collect feedback from corporate clients regarding product features and service quality.
• Share insights to support product innovation, improvement areas, and business growth.
