Job summary

Oceaneering India Center is seeking a focused SCM professional to provide support to the corporate and regional SCM teams. You will ensure inventory and distribution accuracy, operate under limited supervision, and handle complex tasks with minimal oversight.

The role emphasizes MIS reporting, stock analysis, PO/MSR management, and cross-functional communication. Knowledge of SAP/Oracle SCM modules and advanced Excel is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science /B-Tech/ Commerce / PGDCA or other relevant educational field.
• Should possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially advanced Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generate MIS (Management information System) reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ascertain assigned work is delivered with required quality, within schedule.
• Understand and comply with SCM processes.
• Follow checklists against incoming shipments to a BU on the basis of Invoice.
• Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BU's by using overstock data.
• Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end user communication.
• Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order’s.
• Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies.
• Perform receipt against PO's to ensure expedite reports and match exceptions
• Should be well organized, consistent and able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams considering data and records
