Job summary

PolyPeptide Group in Ambernath invites applications for a Production Apprentice. You will undergo structured on-the-job training in manufacturing operations, work under supervision, and learn GMP-compliant processes.

This one-year program covers equipment operation, batch documentation, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop technical skills and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, MSc or BSc Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production activities under supervision.
• Support equipment cleaning, setup, and operation.
• Follow batch manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in material handling and line clearance activities.
• Report any abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
