This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience and training in managing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. The apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the intricacies of order management and data base management. Additionally, the apprentice will assist in administrative tasks, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

What you’ll do:

The End User Compute Operations role is responsible for monitoring, triaging, assigning, and resolving end‑user computing incidents across virtual desktop environments. This role serves as a key operational resource for maintaining stability, improving user experience, and driving continuous service improvements within Azure Virtual Desktop (AVDI), Citrix, and Windows 365 environments. The engineer will actively manage incident queues, coordinate communications during critical outages, and identify opportunities to improve first‑level support resolution rates.

Key Responsibilities

This position will be based in Pune and will be in Global Shared service center of Supply Chain Management function. The principle role of the this position is to work on any one of the Materials Management streams like SIOP, Purchasing.

Responsible for Managing data analytics, reporting and working on processes related to Purchasing, Invoice Management.

Will be managing tactical support for Operational buyers, SIOP analysts
