PeopleStrong is seeking a hardworking operator to set up, operate, and monitor core OSD manufacturing equipment in a contained cleanroom environment. You will work with granulators, fluid bed dryers, rotary presses, encapsulators, and coating pans on a daily basis.
The role emphasizes strict cGMP and GDP practices, accurate real-time documentation, and adherence to safety protocols such as LOTO and 5S housekeeping. Training will cover batch changeovers and line clearance procedures.
Machine Operation: Learn to set up, operate, and monitor core OSD equipment including granulators, fluid bed dryers, rotary tablet presses, encapsulators, and coating pans.
Line Clearance & Changeovers: Assist senior operators in disassembling equipment, changing tooling, and performing line clearance procedures between batch productions.
cGMP Compliance: Strictly follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), cleanroom gowning protocols, and workplace safety standards to prevent contamination.
Documentation (GDP): Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and room logs in real-time according to Good Documentation Practices.
In-Process Quality Checks: Perform regular physical tests on products—such as tablet weight, hardness, friability, thickness, and disintegration—to maintain quality standards.
Equipment Cleaning & Sanitization: Wash, sanitize, and assemble production machinery and cleanrooms using approved cleaning agents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready work environment (5S).
