Responsibilities

• Hardware Asset Management (HAM): update assets, buyouts, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL.
• Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.
• Software Asset Management (SAM): manage requests and licenses for Visio, Project, Power BI, and Adobe products.
• Ensure license compliance and record accuracy.
• Support contract administration for key suppliers (e.g., HCL, TCS).
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and documentation.
• Financial & data management: reconcile HAM/EAM invoices and validate PO quantities.
• Consolidate DevOps data and prepare operational reports.
• Documentation & process support: maintain SOPs and audit-ready records.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for supporting hardware and software asset management, software licensing, contract administration, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Asset Management (HAM) - Process asset update, buyout, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL tickets.


• Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.


• Software Asset Management (SAM) - Manage software requests and licenses for Microsoft Visio, Project, Power BI, and Adobe products.


• Ensure license compliance and record accuracy.


• Contract & Vendor Management - Support contract administration for key suppliers (e.g., HCL, TCS).


• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and documentation.


• Financial & Data Management - Perform HAM/EAM invoice reconciliation and PO quantity validation.


• Consolidate DevOps data and prepare operational reports.


• Documentation & Process Support - Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records.


• Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
