Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, training and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Customer Support: Provide post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collections: work with the customer service team to map customers and follow up on payments pre sales and post sales.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have completed a [Bachelor’s / Master’s] degree, preferably from Business or Management background (Psychology degree would be a added advantage)
Recent graduates or those with less than 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
Must be legally eligible to work in India.
Exposure to global business operations and corporate environments.
Hands‑on learning through projects and mentorship.
