Job summary

Fyndna Techcorp in Mumbai is seeking fresh graduates for a Finance Apprentice role in our Finance function, a 1-year fixed-term apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on exposure to corporate finance and accounts.

You will support day-to-day operations, assist with closing activities, prepare reports for management, and gain experience across data entry, compliance, and vendor payments while working on-site at our Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance of financial records in accounting & other systems.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits, compliance requirements, and statutory filings.
• Support accounts payable activities, including vendor bill booking, payments, tax deduction and payments along reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for expense reimbursement process to gather financial data and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Perform any finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance team.
