The iScale in India is seeking a hybrid Business Analyst/Configuration Analyst to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translate needs into user stories, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient flows, prepare dashboards, and validate solutions through testing and stakeholder feedback.

The role combines analytical thinking with technical configuration work, offering opportunities to shape client-facing processes
