WOW Softech in Hyderabad/Bangalore is seeking an Applied AI Engineer with AWS focus to design, develop and deploy AI-powered products end-to-end across architecture, experiments, production and continuous improvement.

Strong hands-on skills in GenAI, cloud platforms and LangChain are required to deliver scalable AI solutions for a leading Big4 organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack Development background with AI/ML exposure.
• Proficient in React/Angular/Node.js and Python.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years of AI/ML & GenAI delivery experience.
• Experience with LLM integration and vector databases.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph and LangSmith.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and ML tooling.
• Microservices, API development and DevSecOps practices.
• SQL and NoSQL databases and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered products end-to-end.
• Architect AI systems from experiments to production operations.
• Integrate GenAI, agentic AI, and cloud services into solutions.
• Build scalable pipelines for data, models, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
