Job summary

Anlage Infotech is seeking a Dotnet Applied AI Engineer at the Assistant Manager / Engineering Manager level in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. The role requires 6–13 years of full-stack engineering experience with .NET/C#, Angular/React, and cloud AI services.

You will lead AI/ML initiatives, coordinate across teams, and mentor engineers. The candidate should have hands-on GenAI experience, experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration, plus strong communication and people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or related discipline.
• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering with Angular/React/NodeJS/Python/C#/.NET/Java and databases.
• 2+ years building AI/ML and agentic apps with GenAI, LLM integration, and RAG pipelines.
• 3+ years cloud-native engineering using Azure/AWS/GCP with AI services.
• 1+ years mentoring and establishing engineering standards.
• Experience with OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and AI-augmented development.
• Experience with XP/Lean/DevSecOps/SRE and multi-agent orchestration tools.

Dotnet Applied AI Engineer - Assistant Manager / Engineering manager

Exp -6-13 yrs

Joining Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore

The successful candidate will possess:

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related discipline. Experience is the most relevant factor.
• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with most of the following: Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, as well as unit and integration testing frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience building AI/ML and agentic applications, with hands-on GenAI experience across LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, evaluations, and AI agent orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS, PaaS, or micro-services on any of the cloud hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including their AI/ML services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI, plus application-level infrastructure-as-code and cost-aware engineering (FinOps accountability).
• 1+ years of experience in establishing engineering standards, including actively leading, mentoring, and guiding team members in the adoption and continuous improvement of these standards.
• Prior software engineering experience with the understanding of Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/entity relationship/data flow diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and code instrumentations, and AI-augmented spec-driven development.
• Prior experience using methodologies & tools such as XP, Lean, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, MLflow, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangFuse, LangSmith, or equivalent multi-agent orchestration tools) etc. to deliver high-quality products rapidly.
