• Bringing an end-user (customer) perspective while validating applications across the Energy and Sustainability product portfolio.
• Performing functional, integration, and system-level testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Test Managers, and cross-functional teams during requirement discussions and socialization activities.
• Analyzing business and functional requirements and providing valuable feedback from a validation and usability standpoint.
• Identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying defects through resolution.
• Ensuring applications meet customer expectations, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing and validation process.
• Supporting test planning, execution, reporting, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Having an engineering degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc. with a good academic record.
• Having proven experience in software testing, application validation, or quality assurance activities.
• Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Having hands-on experience in test case design, defect management, and validation methodologies.
• Understanding Agile development processes and collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
