Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, SDLC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Ruby; version control with Git; Jira for defect tracking.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Behave, or Robot Framework.

As a Test Automation Engineer within the Integration, Testing, and Release team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and release readiness of the MS360 solution. You will work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to build and maintain automated testing capabilities that support rapid and high-quality software delivery.

You will work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to build and maintain automated testing capabilities that support rapid and high-quality software delivery. Your focus will be on enhancing test automation frameworks, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring early detection of software defects throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance and early defect detection.
  • Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and perform root cause analysis of identified issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects, conduct test reviews, and communicate software quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to testing best practices, automation improvements, and quality assurance processes across the development lifecycle.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation, software testing methodologies, debugging, troubleshooting, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Ruby, with experience in Git, version control practices, and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Behave, or Robot Framework.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

You will be part of the Integration, Testing, and Release team responsible for maintaining quality standards and accelerating software delivery for the MS360 solution. The team works closely with development and product teams to ensure robust testing practices, reliable releases, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
