Job summary

Zensar is seeking a Senior QA Tester to drive testing for our e-commerce migration project in Bengaluru. You will apply your retail and e-commerce domain expertise and leverage Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices to ensure a smooth transition of our retail platform.

You will lead test planning, design comprehensive test cases, perform regression and performance testing, review code quality, and mentor a testing team to deliver high-quality software on a strategic migration program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on retail and e-commerce projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams, preferably in an e-commerce context.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and its testing capabilities, including Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plans.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for the e-commerce migration.
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
• Perform in-depth testing of the retail customer's platform, identifying and reporting issues.

• Create detailed test cases and test scripts, covering various scenarios and edge cases.
• Review and provide feedback on the development team's code and designs.
• Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient and effective test execution.
• Document and communicate test results, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and best practices in the retail and e-commerce domain.
