Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an Application Support & Maintenance - Radiology in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role requires work from the office across 24x7 shifts from any NTT Data offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad or Noida to ensure continuous radiology IT support.

Responsibilities include PACS administration, DICOM routing, and integration of radiology modalities with PACS, VNA and EMR, along with handling HL7 interfaces and image viewers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PACS administration, including DICOM routing and modality worklists.
• Experience with image lifecycle management and multi-site imaging workflows.
• Ability to support advanced visualization and post-processing systems (3D recon, fusion, segmentation).
• Experience integrating radiology modalities with PACS, VNA, EMR, and diagnostic workstations.
• Familiarity with image viewers, DICOM utilities and QA tools.
• Understanding of radiation dose tracking and imaging protocol management.
• Troubleshooting modality connectivity and HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for healthcare applications ensuring SLA adherence.
• Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; coordinate patches and upgrades with vendors.
• Assess and validate changes through controlled release processes and rollback planning.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit docs to meet HIPAA and data privacy standards.

We are currently seeking a Application Support & Maintenance - Radiology to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Applications Support & Maintenance – Healthcare Provider – Radiology Specialist

This role needs work from office on all days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster from any of the NTT Data offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad or Noida

Radiology Operations Support

• Skills supporting PACS administration, including DICOM routing, modality worklists, image lifecycle management, and multi‑site imaging workflows.
• Ability to manage advanced visualization and post‑processing systems (e.g., 3D recon, fusion, segmentation, CAD/AI imaging analysis).
• Experience integrating radiology modalities (CT, MRI, US, NM) with PACS, VNA, EMR, and diagnostic workstation environments.
• Skills supporting image viewers and DICOM utilities, including zero‑footprint viewers, QA tools, and study-sharing platforms.
• Understanding of radiation dose tracking, imaging protocol management, and compliance tools used in radiology quality workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot modality connectivity, HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces, exam routing issues, and radiologist workstation performance.
• Experience working with Radiology systems like Visage 7, AMICAS PACS, ClickView, Enterprise Imaging, PICOM Enterprise, DynaSuite Neuro, and other similar applications

Operations Support

• Incident & Problem Management: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Change & Release Support: Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, particularly for regulated healthcare workflows.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.
