Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an Application Support & Maintenance – Radiology Specialist in Noida, UP, India. The role covers radiology operations, PACS administration, and incident management, with 24x7 shift coverage from any NTT Data offices in India.

Responsibilities include monitoring radiology systems, coordinating changes with vendors, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant workflows across CT, MRI, US, and NM modalities.

Qualifications

• Experience in PACS administration and imaging workflows across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of DICOM routing and modality worklists.
• Experience with radiology modalities integration (CT, MRI, US, NM).
• Familiarity with HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces and radiologist workstations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for healthcare applications to restore services and meet SLAs.
• Monitor application health, interfaces and batch jobs; coordinate patches and upgrades with vendors.
• Assess, implement, and validate changes through controlled release processes with rollback planning.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation per healthcare regulations and security standards.

Applications Support & Maintenance – Healthcare Provider – Radiology Specialist

This role needs work from office on all days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster from any of the NTT Data offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad or Noida

Radiology Operations Support

• Skills supporting PACS administration, including DICOM routing, modality worklists, image lifecycle management, and multi‑site imaging workflows.

• Ability to manage advanced visualization and post‑processing systems (e.g., 3D recon, fusion, segmentation, CAD/AI imaging analysis).

• Experience integrating radiology modalities (CT, MRI, US, NM) with PACS, VNA, EMR, and diagnostic workstation environments.

• Skills supporting image viewers and DICOM utilities, including zero‑footprint viewers, QA tools, and study-sharing platforms.

• Understanding of radiation dose tracking, imaging protocol management, and compliance tools used in radiology quality workflows.

• Ability to troubleshoot modality connectivity, HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces, exam routing issues, and radiologist workstation performance.

• Experience working with Radiology systems like Visage 7, AMICAS PACS, ClickView, Enterprise Imaging, PICOM Enterprise, DynaSuite Neuro, and other similar applications

Operations Support

• Incident & Problem Management: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

• Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams

• Change & Release Support: Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, particularly for regulated healthcare workflows.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.
