Qualifications

• Knowledge of USP 795/797/800, ISBT-128, DEA, and medication safety standards.
• Ability to manage interfaces between EMR/pharmacy systems and billing/inventory.
• Troubleshooting device connectivity in medication delivery systems.

We are currently seeking a Application Support & Maintenance - Healthcare Provider - Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, compounding, verification)
• Experience supporting automated dispensing cabinets, barcode labeling, packaging systems
• Knowledge of USP 795/797/800, ISBT‑128, DEA, and medication safety standards
• Ability to manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and EMR/Pharmacy system interfaces
• Skills integrating pharmacy systems with billing, EMR, and inventory platforms
• Troubleshooting medication device connectivity, cabinets, pumps, and robotics
• Experience working with Pharmacy systems like AutoPharm, Connect-Rx ,MedNet, Spectrum IQ and other similar applications
