Hitachi Energy in Chennai is hiring an Applications Support Analyst to support global PLM and engineering apps, develop documentation, and train users. You will manage user access, contribute to training materials, and collaborate with 3rd line support to ensure compliant, efficient PLM operations.
The role requires strong communication and teamwork across departments in a multicultural environment. 5+ years of PLM experience, deep knowledge of PLM concepts, and fluency in English are essential;

Responsible for supporting our global PLM & Engineering apps users (e.g. Teamcenter, Active Workspace, NX, Engineering Base, BIM / ACC and Polarion).
Responsible for application documentation, creation of guidelines and training material.
Support and maintain our 3D standard libraries.
User license and access management, solving and managingsupport issuescontinuously.
Support and train our Global users and Power Users.
Reportingand collaborating with3rd line support (Vendor and Application Suppliers).
Arranging User and Power User meetings.
Provide user support and training across departments
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You have beenworking with PLM & Engineering apps for at least 5 years or more.You have a deep knowledge ofPLM & Engineering apps Modelling, assemblies, and drafting.
Have skills in PLM & Engineering apps functionality and standard part librariesand good knowledge in Teamcenter.
Knowledge from HVDC design and engineering is qualifying.
You have a high level of integrity and dependabilityand can easily and professionally handle different types of personalities in a diverse and multicultural environment.
You are a driven, self-motivatedteam playerwithgreat collaborative skills, you listen and evaluate ideas and communicate improvements and development opportunities.
Should have knowledge of ITIL. Strong understanding of PLM principles and lifecycle management.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, oral and written. Able to communicate in Swedish is considered as advantage.It’s important that you communicate well at all levels of the organization and get your messages across in a logical and clear way.
