Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a skilled SCADA, HMI Engineer to deliver HVDC Control & Protection system projects. You will join a diverse team, review contracts, design topology diagrams, test in factory, and coordinate with site and service teams to ensure successful handover to the client.
You will work with AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, SQL databases, and IT infrastructure, with 25% travel. Strong communication and cyber security exposure are essential for this role.
As a role of SCADA, HMI Engineer for HVDC Control & Protection system delivery, you will join an aspiring team that works with the HVDC Power transmission links. It is a diverse and collaborative job to be part of project group, with lots of responsibility and you will have great opportunities to develop your skills within HVDC. HVDC C&P department is responsible for delivering Control & Protection, OT/IT packages to project of HVDC System. The key responsibilities in the tender and project which includes contract specification review, prepare the technical specification, topology diagram, identify the risk and opportunities, factory system testing, FAT, coordination with site team for system commissioning, handover to service team, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to able to deliver the complete solution to end client.
