As an Application Engineer Senior Specialist, you are a key player in designing and maintaining critical applications. We seek creative problem solvers with strong full-stack integration skills to drive innovation and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complex Feature Delivery: Architect, lead, and launch highly responsive and complex features for both internal and external-facing applications, ensuring cross-system integration and long-term maintainability.

• Agile Leadership: Drive and mentor teams in Scrum / Agile methodologies, taking ownership of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to optimize delivery velocity and quality.

• Scalability & Performance Engineering: Engineer and scale complex applications and infrastructure to meet evolving user needs, while establishing and stringently maintaining high-standard SLOs and SLAs.

• Advanced Architecture & Resiliency: Continuously evaluate and evolve complex application architecture, ensuring system resiliency and driving high code quality through rigorous, senior-level Code Review Practices and design critiques.

• DevOps Strategy & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of complex systems, ensuring rapid, secure, and reliable releases at scale.

• Complex Production Support: Lead the resolution of intricate production bugs, troubleshoot complex system alerts, and architect permanent fixes for deep‑seeded technical issues to ensure superior end‑user satisfaction.

• Strategic Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for complex platforms and application implementations, ensuring knowledge is accessible and up-to-date across global teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional experience building, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex production-grade full-stack applications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD tools to manage complex software development lifecycles.

• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional global teams on complex initiatives

Required Skills:

Your technical toolkit must include a deep understanding and hands‑on experience in the following areas:

Backend Development & Integration

• Java Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in Java Fundamentals, the Java Collection Framework, and modern multi-threading/concurrency paradigms.

• Frameworks: Hands‑on expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)

• API Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful API Development and integration, as well as experience handling legacy SOAP APIs.

• Alternative Scripting: Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or backend services.

Frontend Web Development

• Core Web Technologies: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Modern Frameworks: Expert‑level mastery of Angular Core Concepts and Component Architecture (or equivalent experience with React).

Data, Testing & Profiling

• Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL (or NoSQL databases), including schema design, complex indexing, and tuning queries for optimal performance.

• Testing Frameworks: Experience with unit and integration testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma) and comprehensive API Testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).

• Application Profiling: Proven ability to profile applications, identify performance bottlenecks (memory leaks, CPU spikes), and optimize resource utilization.
