The role blends pre-sales consulting with post-sales implementation, training, and support across automotive, aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

You will demonstrate and deploy advanced CAE workflows, conduct POCs, and work with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 4–5 years CAE experience in manufacturing simulation.
• Experience with welding, stamping, heat treatment, and structural dynamics.
• Customer-facing consulting and RFIs/RFPs/POCs experience.
• Ability to demonstrate, deploy, and train on workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and propose suitable simulation solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, software demonstrations, and workflow discussions.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and benchmark studies.
• Support the sales team during technical evaluations and customer meetings.

We are looking for a 4-5 years experienced CAE Application Engineer with expertise in manufacturing simulation solutions, particularly Keysight Weld, Heat Treatment, SYSWELD, PAM-STAMP, and VA One. The role involves a combination of pre-sales technical consulting and post-sales implementation, training, and customer support across automotive, aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, and manufacturing industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong simulation fundamentals, customer-facing experience, and the ability to demonstrate and deploy advanced manufacturing simulation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Understand customer engineering challenges and propose suitable simulation solutions.

• Experience working on commercial CAE software in customer projects.
