Job summary

algoleap is seeking a cloud operations specialist to manage cloud environments (Azure/AWS, with GCP exposure) and support deployment pipelines. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to translate requirements into infrastructure resources, administer CSP portals, and ensure smooth releases across Dev, Stage, and Production.

The role emphasizes administrative expertise on Windows platforms (IIS, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint) and hands-on support for ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

Job description

CTH will participate in maintenance and day-to-day operations for Applications managed in cloud (Azure/AWS), SharePoint, .NET applications, Hana, SalesForce, IBM DataStage, CRM, Financial Reporting, and additional business systems including PeopleSoft, Siebel, Cognos, and several other ERP applications.

• Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to translate application requirements into specific Azure and AWS infrastructure/resource requests aligned to architectural and operational standards.


• Administer and support cloud environments through CSP administrative portals (Azure/AWS), including configuration changes, log analysis, and issue resolution for application and platform incidents.


• Execute and support application deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines across Azure, AWS, GCP, AKS, and EKS environments, ensuring adherence to release management processes and best practices across Dev, Stage, and Production.


• Apply strong administration expertise across Microsoft Windows platforms, including IIS, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, IBM DataStage, ERP applications, Cognos, CRM, PeopleSoft, Tableau, and Salesforce.


• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues, risks, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Deliver technical workstreams in alignment with project objectives, ensuring deliverables are completed within target timelines, documented appropriately, and transitioned effectively into operations.


• Serve as a key point of contact for DSO Project Delivery & Operations teams, interpreting project requirements and driving timely, high-quality support and execution.


• Manage SSL certificate deployments for applications using established certificate automation processes, ensuring compliance and continuity of service.


• Perform AD service account password rotations and related configuration updates in accordance with security and operational standards.


• Execute software and security updates on on-premises servers, including .NET Framework and supporting libraries, to maintain platform stability and compliance.


• Collaborate with application development teams during troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve issues across Windows Server, Azure App Services, and related infrastructure components.
