The ideal candidate will be customer‑facing, providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and on‑site support. Two‑wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory as regular field visits are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits to clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Demonstrate and explain features, functionalities, and workflows of Revit and AutoCAD products.
• Assist clients with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to address client queries and feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and technical issues in CRM.
