Job summary

Applied Materials India in Bengaluru is seeking a recent graduate for a full-time role. You will identify complex customer-site problems and drive the solution lifecycle from concept to implementation, including leading recipe creation to optimize system performance and training field staff.

You will qualify new technologies with live demos, participate in customer demonstrations, and help transfer new capabilities to the support team.

Qualifications

• Identify complex problems at customer sites and work through the cycle until solution implementation.
• Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
• Application qualification of new technologies/features, executes beta-sites, evaluations and demos at customer sites.
• Participate in customer demo activities and in finding solutions with follow-up on execution.
• Create new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Transfer new capabilities to the customer application support team from the product division.
