Job summary

PwC India in Bengaluru seeks a Manager with 8-13 years of experience to lead complex technology initiatives across Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Analytics, and Enterprise Technology solutions.

You will design architectures, estimate efforts, guide end-to-end delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams while ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery in cloud-native environments. Experience with GenAI use cases and cost optimization is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Application Development, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing technology solutions using modern architectures and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of scalable application architecture, microservices, cloud-native development and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare solution architectures, technical designs, estimations and implementation plans.
• Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery with quality, performance and timelines.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring junior members and driving project execution.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Looking for candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience in Application Development, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing technology solutions using modern architectures and cloud platforms.
• Good expertise in one or more technology areas:
• UI Technologies (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Data Engineering (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, SQL)
• AI/ML and Generative AI
• API and Integration Technologies
• Ability to prepare solution architectures, technical designs, estimations, and implementation plans.
• Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery while ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to timelines.
• Good understanding of scalable application architecture, microservices, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience in handling client interactions, requirement workshops, solution discussions, and status reporting.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI/GenAI use cases, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Experience in cost estimation, platform sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and manage project execution.
• Experience driving innovation initiatives involving AI, Automation, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
