Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior data engineering leader to architect and deliver AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You will oversee data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps, while mentoring junior engineers and driving innovation.

You will collaborate with product, data, and security teams to ensure governance, cost-efficiency, and robust analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and Fabric, across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in data engineering, AI/ML development, or leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong command of open analytics tools: Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with data lake architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time analytics.
• Familiarity with data governance tools (Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting for automation.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
