Job summary

Outworx Solutions is seeking an IBM DataPower specialist to design, develop, and support DataPower services including MPG, WSP, and REST APIs. You will integrate SOAP/REST with backend systems and handle MQ messaging with robust security features.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with XSLT, XQuery, XPath, JavaScript, and DataPower configurations, plus deployment across environments and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with architects and testing teams is essential.

• Develop and integrate SOAP and REST-based services with backend systems.
• Work on IBM MQ integration (request/reply, async messaging, error handling).
• Implement security features such as TLS/SSL, OAuth, JWT, basic authentication, and certificate management.
• Perform hands-on development using XSLT, XQuery, XPath, JavaScript, and DataPower service configurations.
• Handle deployment, configuration, and promotion of DataPower artifacts across environments.
• Integrate DataPower deployments with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices.
