Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is seeking an Appian Developer with 4 to 10 years of IT experience to design, develop, test, and implement business applications on the Appian Low-Code Platform. You will build Appian processes, interfaces, and reports, integrate with REST/SOAP services and databases, and mentor junior developers while following best practices.

The role requires agile/Scrum exposure, strong SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Appian development.
• Strong expertise in Appian Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Records, Reports, and Expression Rules.
• Experience with Appian integrations via REST APIs, SOAP services, and DB connectivity.
• Solid knowledge of BPM, workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ALM.
