Job summary

Neemtree Healthcare is building India's first Orthopedics-first digital care platform. We are seeking a non-clinical operations leader to head one service module and own its P&L and KPIs. You will drive provider enrollments, ensure provider training, and elevate provider and patient experiences while resolving escalations.

The role is full-time and focuses on operational, business, and provider management responsibilities across the module set, with no direct clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must be a BAMS or BHMS graduate.
• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred.
• Willing to head a module with P&L and KPIs.

PS: This is a full-time, non-clinical healthcare operations role. The selected candidate will lead the operational, business, and provider management aspects of an assigned service module and will not be involved in direct patient consultation or clinical decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic BAMS/BHMS graduates who are passionate about healthcare innovation and technology. The candidate shall be heading one module, out of the 4 (Digital OPDs, Homecare, Emergency services & Group Physio), of our upcoming App which would be going live for Beta-testing in Sept26.

He/she should own the module's P&L and operating KPIs, drive the team to maximize Providers (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Technicians etc) enrollments in the App. Ensure training of providers, improve patient & providers experience, increase provider engagement & resolve escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory: BAMS or BHMS
• Preferred: MBA (Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations) or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration
